Dr Leon Pretorius – Geochemist, Mining and Corporate

Executive Chairman (CEO)

Dr Pretorius is a Geochemist with 51 years international corporate, mineral exploration, development and mining experience.

Since settling in Brisbane in 1978 where he completed his PhD at the University of Queensland on Uranium geochemical and isotope studies, he has worked on varied mineral commodities with discovery success in gold, industrial minerals and uranium both in Australasia (mainly Queensland) and southern Africa. Open pit mining and mineral processing experience has been gained in Gold, Industrial Minerals, Uranium and Tungsten.

Corporately, he has also been involved as a public listed company director in Australia (and overseas) since 1985 and in the ten years prior to joining the Chase Mining Corporation Limited (now Green Critical Minerals Limited) Board as its Executive Chairman, he was a Director of Paladin Energy until April 2005; Managing Director of Deep Yellow Limited until March 2010; and, Executive Chairman of Carbine Tungsten Ltd (now EQR) until July 2013.

Charles Thomas – Corporate Finance

Non-Executive Director

Mr Charles Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA majoring in Corporate Finance. Mr Thomas is an Executive Director and Founding Partner of GTT a leading boutique corporate advisory firm based in Australia. Mr Thomas has worked in the financial service industry for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in capital markets as well as the structuring of corporate transactions.

Mr Thomas has significant experience sitting on numerous ASX boards spanning the mining, resources and technology space. Mr Thomas has been responsible for the sourcing and funding of numerous projects for these ASX companies.

Mr Thomas is currently the Executive Chairman of Marquee Resources Limited (ASX:MQR) and Chairman of Viking Mines Ltd (ASX:VKA).

Christopher Zielinski – Lawyer

Non-Executive Director

Mr Zielinski is an experienced corporate lawyer and director of Nova Legal (Perth based corporate law firm). He has a wide range of experience acting as an adviser to both public and private companies, directors and corporate advisors on matters such as capital raisings (both IPO and secondary), takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder meetings, preparing and reviewing prospectuses and other fundraising documents, company meetings, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, and providing general corporate and commercial advice.

Chris also has experience in the resources sector, including advising on acquisition and disposal of mining projects and negotiating earn-in agreements, and is a non-executive director of several ASX listed companies.

Oliver Peters – Metallurgical

Metallurgist with over 23 years of mineral processing experience, including significant graphite experience having worked on over 28 graphite projects globally.

Christopher Whiteley – Sales & Marketing

Chris has over 25 years of graphite experience with a deep understanding around all aspects of graphite marketing and product development.
